Strictly artisanal product, produced with sheep's milk from the Nebrodi pastures, vacuum-packed in 350 gram portions, it is the perfect choice for those who love strong and authentic flavours.
Ingredients: sheep's MILK, cow's MILK, rennet, salt, pepper. Origin of MILK: Sicily, Italy.
Crust: White-yellowish, wrinkled due to the marks left by the basket.
Paste: Compact, white or straw yellow in colour, with few holes.
Taste: Characteristic, decisive, slightly spicy and aromatic, with an intense aroma.
